Wombat Brewery Story

Wombat Brewery is a family owned and operated Nano brewery located on the stunning South Coast, surrounded by pristine beaches, rivers and mountain ranges. Founded by owner Aaron McKay in 2022.  He is a proud Wiradjuri man, who grew up in the Milton/Ulladulla local area.  Wombat Brewery offers a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. Kicking back with a few friends, you can sample a few of Aaron’s signature crafted beers made on site and grab a bite to eat from our local food trucks.

Where it all began

Aaron’s passion of home brewing began as a hobby over 10 years ago. Experimenting and really honing in on creating and perfecting brews for family and friends. This provided an opportunity of tasting a variety of Lagers, Pilsners, Pale Ale’s, IPA’s and Stouts.
